At PCS we recognise that one of the biggest requirements our veterinary surgery clients have is managing compliance and waste audit documentation, arranging Waste Disposal Pre-acceptance documentation and storing documents for reference or review by the Environment Agency during audits.
PCS offers our clients a range of online services to help manage all of these requirements. Through our portal you’ll be able to set up and conduct a full room-by-room Waste Audit which you can save online or print for distribution as needed.
The Waste Pre-acceptance procedure walks you through each step in an easy online format, so that you can set up your agreement for waste collection and disposal quickly and efficiently. An online record is kept so that you’re able to refer back to this or pass the information as needed.
We also offer process guides and branch-specific documentation so that you have an easy-to-access digital reference point any time you need it.
Our automated reminder service will send you alerts when you need to review and update any of your documentation, helping you stay fully compliant and up to date with the latest standards.
PCS is a fully compliant and accredited pet crematorium holding all the necessary documentation including Waste Carriers, Animal & Plant Health Agency, Environment Agency and Local Council permits and licenses for each of our facilities, giving you the assurance that any documentation our veterinary clients create and store through our systems will be fully compliant and up to date.
